lim·i·nal /ˈlimənl/: relating to a transitional or initial stage of a process.

Safe.

Sacred.

Supported.

Three things we all want to feel when working through the heaviness that is being human.

Welcome to The Sacred Liminal.

This is a space for working through transitions, trauma, and diving into those deep spaces that are within us all. This is a space for exploring the forgotten dusty corners of the soul, for searching for your light in the shadows, for embracing every single depth that makes up everything that is you, even the uncomfortable ones.

Having a spiritual practice isn’t trendy, nor is it all love and light. It’s messy. It’s gritty. It’s raw. It’s primal. It’s emotional. It’s humbling. It’s wading through the muddy waters, clearing the weeds, losing yourself in movement and ritual, expressing your wild heart.

The Sacred Liminal is a place where you can drop your bullshit at the virtual door, strip off your adulting skin, and step into your wild. It’s a virtual space where you can learn the tools to cultivate your own divinity and use them to work through obstacles, feelings, and traumas in order to make space for new growth and opportunity.

Integrating ritual, deep meditation, and movement into your daily life opens up a new world of existing where one no longer lives in a victim state, but rather understands that each moment is presented as an opportunity to learn more about their own depth and capability. It brings ownership and accountability to even those things that feel out of our control, which in turn puts the power in our own hands.

So enter The Sacred Liminal, step into the Chasm to learn, dive into the Nebula to use movement as medicine, and introduce yourself to new layers you had no idea existed.

It’s time to dive into the deep end.
